Join us for our next cocktail and oyster-tasting event at P.J. Clarke's On the Hudson supporting Billion Oyster Project!

Throughout the evening our hosts from Billion Oyster Project, the team from P.J. Clarke's, and our sponsors will discuss the pairings along with the oyster’s historical and ecological role in New York City. Guests will also hear an overview of Billion Oyster Project's recent work, P.J. Clarke's in our Shell Recycling Program, and find new ways to get involved on the waterfront in 2026.

About our Shell Recycling Program
Billion Oyster Project restores oyster reefs using shells collected from dozens of restaurants in NYC, including all P.J. Clarke's locations. Oyster reefs provide habitat for hundreds of species, and can protect our city from storm damage — softening the blow of large waves, reducing flooding, and preventing erosion along the shorelines.

Seating for this event will be communal and we will begin promptly at 6pm. If you'd like to stay for dinner afterwards, please book directly with the restaurant. We look forward to hosting you!
