Join us for hands-on restoration work. Clean shell substrate, fabricate reef balls, or maintain the shell pile. Every task directly supports oyster reef restoration in New York Harbor.

Close-toed shoes (preferably waterproof) and clothes you don't mind getting dirty, wet, or scratched. Anticipate climbing rocks to reach the shoreline.
A reusable water bottle and a bagged lunch or snack. We provide work gloves and garbage bags, but you're welcome to bring your own.
Our outdoor events are subject to cancellation in inclement weather. Participants will be notified 24 hours in advance.
