We'd love to visit your students and demonstrate some of the amazing ways oysters strengthen the New York City ecosystem. We can explore topics like oysters protecting shorelines in an engineer and design lesson, ecosystem functions through a reading investigation, oyster anatomy and life cycles in a hands-on lesson, the story of New York Harbor through an interactive history lesson, and more!
