A cocktail and oyster-tasting evening featuring local oysters paired with wine at one of our Shell Recycling restaurant partners.
Join us for our cocktail and oyster-tasting event! The tasting includes a half-dozen local oysters from Oysterponds Shellfish Co prepared in three different ways, and paired with wine or a signature cocktail.
Throughout the evening our hosts from Billion Oyster Project and the hosting restaurant will discuss the pairings along with the oyster's historical and ecological role in New York City. Guests will also hear an overview of Billion Oyster Project's recent work, the restaurant's role in our Shell Recycling Program, and find new ways to get involved on the waterfront in 2026.
Seating is communal and we begin promptly at 6pm. If you'd like to stay for dinner afterwards, please book directly with the restaurant.
