Billion Oyster Project Standalone Lessons Workshop

Join Billion Oyster Project Teaching & Curriculum staff to explore some brand new lessons! Learn more about our standalone lessons, designed as engaging, informative ways to use oysters as an anchoring phenomenon to teach common content in your classrooms. These lessons can be taught individually and can fit into your scope and sequence.

During this informational and interactive workshop, teachers will:

Learn about localizing phenomena through Billion Oyster Project’s NGSS-aligned Standalone Lessons
Explore content-focused lessons, and consider how they can be used in the classroom
Connect with other Billion Oyster Project teachers
