Event Details

Step aboard and see New York Harbor the way very few people ever do.

On this 60-minute on-water experience, you’ll join the Billion Oyster Project team at the active restoration sites where we’re bringing oyster reefs back to life in one of the world’s great urban harbors. Together, we’ll pull oyster cages directly onto the vessel to get a hands-on look at the marine life thriving beneath the surface, and hear from the scientists and restoration specialists doing this work every day.

Along the way, you’ll take in some of the most iconic views of the city: the Statue of Liberty, the Manhattan skyline, and a harbor that’s cleaner and more alive than it’s been in over a century, in no small part because of this work.

This is a rare, behind-the-scenes look at one of the most ambitious urban conservation projects in the country, and an experience your guests will be talking about long after they’re back on dry land. You and your guests can expect a thoughtfully hosted, premium experience from start to finish.

While tours are weather dependent, guests should dress for the conditions, but won’t need to worry about getting wet. This is an exclusive hands-on experience, not a working boat day.
