From 6pm-8pm enjoy an exclusive tasing hours, where you will mingle with chefs and oyster farmers in a more intimate setting, while sipping on exclusive cocktails and other beverages. The VIP experience also includes:

• Private Remarks from Co-Founder and Executive Director of Billion Oyster Project, Pete Malinowski
• Sustainable wine bar provided by Grain de Sail
