Join us for our next intimate cocktail and oyster-tasting event featuring a custom menu crafted by Chef Luis Cuautle at Pebble Bar in Midtown. The tasting includes a half-dozen local oysters from our Shell Collection Program Operator, The Lobster Place, prepared in three different ways, and paired with a dram or signature cocktail from Talisker Whisky, our leading Shell Collection Program sponsor.
Throughout the evening, our Public Outreach Manager, Agata Poniatowski, will join a Talisker Whisky expert in discussing the pairings along with the oyster’s historical and ecological role in New York City. Guests will also hear an overview of Billion Oyster Project's recent work and find new ways to get involved on the waterfront in 2024.
