Harbor Estuary Program Listening Session & Youth Summit

New York Harbor Foundation, The New York – New Jersey Harbor & Estuary Program (HEP), and the Urban Assembly New York Harbor School are pleased to invite you and your high school age student group to join us for a HEP Listening Session and youth-focused environmental summit on Governors Island, Sunday, September 18th from noon – 4:00pm.

Judith A. Enck, EPA Region 2 Regional Administrator will give the afternoon’s opening remarks.

This invitation is extended to New York and New Jersey area students who wish to:

  • participate in discussions that inform the revision of HEP’s Action Agenda
  • network with peers who have an interest in issues that impact our shared Estuary
  • help identify possible student initiated collaborative actions to improve the Estuary
